Bioleather Purse

This exploration of material opportunity in accessories introduces interesting textural elements to purses, naturally. Composed of bio-based leathers and fibers, this wearable and durable purse is a gesture towards a sustainable future, while maintaining a sense of design and utility.
The base and body of the purse are made from a sheet of coffee bioleather, while the lining is made from kelp fiber. The D-ring is made from charcoal bioleather and the strap is repurposed. The purse is a sustainable ode to the leather and fur bag collaboration between UGG and Telfar.
