Bioleather Shoe

This exploration of material durability regards footwear and the opportunity to introduce interesting textural elements to footwear, naturally. Composed solely of bio-based leathers, this wearable shoe presents itself as an opportunity to move towards a more sustainable future in the realm of footwear, while upholding design elements comparable to current leather-based footwear.
The sole and inner lining of the shoes are made of charcoal-based bioleather. The outer form is composed of a coffee-based bioleather. The design of the shoe is inspired by the Maison Margiela Tabi Babouches Loafer.
